OneNomad Studio / Web · App · Product
Draft.Build.Ship.
OneNomad is an independent design and development studio. One senior engineer directs the work, an AI crew multiplies it, and nothing ships unreviewed.
Services
What the studio does
From first sketch to production, design and engineering handled together, start to finish.
WEB
Web design and development
Marketing sites, web apps, and storefronts, built with Next.js, React, and Payload CMS. The same person who designs it writes the code, so nothing gets lost in translation.
MOBILE
Mobile and app development
Native-feeling iOS and Android apps built with React Native and Expo, shipped to both stores. The mobile and web products share a backend, so there's no duplicated logic or diverging data.
PRODUCT
Product and UX design
From rough idea to clickable prototype to a build-ready design system. Typography, layout, interaction, the whole surface worked through before a line of production code gets written.
ONGOING
Support and iteration
After launch: measured improvements, performance work, and new features. Plus honest advice about what's actually worth building next, based on real usage rather than assumptions.
Selected work
Built here, running in production
These are the studio's own products, and every one of them shipped.
FieldLedgr
LiveMobile-first quote-to-cash platform for trades businesses. Estimates, e-signatures, invoicing, payments, and automated follow-ups in one place.
SnapTab
LiveBill-splitting app that scans receipts with AI and generates QR-coded payment requests for Venmo, Cash App, and PayPal.
Dungeon Diary
LiveAI-powered campaign management for Dungeon Masters: world building, NPC generation, session tracking, and encounter management.
Game Night
LiveTwo-sided marketplace for tabletop gaming events. Venues get ticketing, scanning, and payments; players get map-based discovery of local game nights.
Thyme to Plan
BetaMeal-planning and nutrition app bridging recipes, pantry, and a 3M-food database. Web and native mobile share one backend.
przm Memory
LiveLong-term memory for AI agents: hybrid retrieval across vectors, BM25, and a typed knowledge graph.
przm Voice
LiveAn evolving personality layer for AI agents that keeps an assistant's voice coherent across sessions.
Cortex
BetaPermission-aware company knowledge for AI agents, with ACLs enforced at the database layer and on-prem deployment.
Process
From sketch to shipped
The full pipeline lives under one roof, so nothing gets lost in translation between the person who designed it and the person who built it.
Discover
A short call and a written brief lock in what the product is, who it serves, and what shipping actually looks like. You get a fixed scope and a real quote, not an estimate range that doubles later.
Design
Wireframes become a clickable prototype in the project's actual visual language. You review working artifacts at every step, not mood boards that evaporate when code starts.
Build
The same person who designed it codes it. Progress is visible on a staging URL from the first week, so there's no big-reveal handoff and no translation loss between design and implementation.
Ship and support
Launch on production infrastructure, then measured iteration. Small improvements on a cadence beat a rewrite every two years.
The studio
Founder-led, agent-scaled
OneNomad Studio is the agency practice of Matt Stvartak, a senior software engineer with 15 years of experience. Brands he has worked with include General Motors, AT&T, Earnest, Boost Mobile, and Synchrony.
You work directly with the principal on every engagement. Behind that single point of contact, AI agent crews handle production work under test gates and human review, so the studio ships like a much larger shop without account managers or a telephone game.
The products in the Work section above are proof the pipeline runs end to end. You can find more on the personal site.
